問：自身就是淨土，自心就是佛；真正契入與上師一體的狀態，是靠修行得來的還是靠觀想得來的？

Question：Our body is a pure land and our mentality is a buddha。 Does it require practice or meditation to be truly integrated with guru？

答：這都是勝義諦的境界，是透過修行達到的。透過消除業障、積累福慧資糧、培養信心，最後才能達到。但是對一些利根者來說，也不一定需要很漫長的過程，有時候透過一些殊勝的機緣，一瞬間就會圓滿一切資糧，同時進入那種狀態。

Guru’s answer： This is a realm of ultimate truth which is achieved by practice。 We have to eliminate karmic obscuration， accumulate merits and wisdom as well as cultivate faith before making achievement。 For some practitioners with sharp faculties， it may not take a long time。 Sometimes just a special opportunity will complete all of the merits in an instant and bring you into that state。

所以現在儘量消業、積福，儘量磨鍊自己的心性，儘量培養對上師三寶的信心，有一天，透過一些殊勝的機緣，一下子就會明白，會契入那種狀態，那是不可思議的。

As a result， we have to try our best to eliminate karmic obscuration， accumulate merits， challenge our mentality， and cultivate a faith in guru and the Three Jewels。 One day， when a special karmic condition comes， you will understand immediately and go into that status which is incredible。

上師有勝義諦的上師，也有世俗諦的上師。其實究竟的上師就是自性，自性的光明才是究竟的上師。我們很難做到深信。如果深信了，絲毫不懷疑了，當下就圓滿了。但我們總是在懷疑，斷不了疑惑，真正證悟的時候才能斷掉。

Some gurus are of ultimate truth； some are of conventional truth。 In fact， the ultimate guru is your own nature。 The light of your own nature is the ultimate guru， but it is hard for us to firmly believe this。 If you have a faith in it without doubt， you can achieve perfection on the spot。 However， we are always in doubt， and cannot eliminate hesitation。 You won’t get rid of these until you truly realize the truth。
