和

The International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology (IJCEP）

不在SCI收錄名單內，而是被ESCI（Emerging Source Citation Index）收錄，具體情況如下圖：

我們再來看看正常被SCI收錄的期刊：

顯然ESCI（Emerging Source Citation Index）和SCIE（Science Citation Index Expanded）是不一樣的，

SCIE屬於SCI的網路版，具有影響因子，而ESCI是Web of Science在2015年新增的一個索引，主要是收錄一些具有潛力的新刊，不具有影響因子。雖然被ESCI收錄的期刊仍然可以在Web of Science上檢索到，但是顯示收錄情況是Emerging Source Citation Index。

一般圖書館開具的證明或者科研處認的是Science Citation Index、Science Citation Index Expanded收錄的,所以說在Web of Science上檢索到的文章並不能說明就是屬於SCI，關鍵看所在期刊是否被Science Citation Index、Science Citation Index Expanded收錄。

是被SCIE（Science Citation Index Expanded）收錄的，並且具有影響因子的，現在被放進了ESCI（Emerging Source Citation Index），

很明顯這兩個期刊名聲越來越差，被拉黑得越來越嚴重了

。

對於上面這兩個期刊，如果需要畢業的或者評職稱的朋友，就要慎重考慮了，不然可能就要重演當年Oncotarget的悲劇了。
