步驟一：
這個時候就必須聯絡Tiktok官方，官方唯一聯絡方式：feedback@tiktok。com
傳送郵件，寫明自己要更換手機號或者郵箱號的原因。
一般24小時之內官方會有郵件提醒，提供驗證賬號的許可權。個人註冊提供資料如下：

回覆格式：
Username：你的使用者名稱
Sign-up date：2020-04-29（註冊時間）
Recent login location：Los Angeles（註冊地址也就是你的IP）
Recent login device ：iphone 6s（首次登陸的手機型號）
Bound phone number：+13234265181（註冊的手機號碼）
email address：XXXX@XX。com（註冊的郵箱）
Twitter ID：XXX（繫結的第三方服務）
如果有必要可以錄製一段登陸影片傳送官方。
注意：註冊日期這個問題官方核查很嚴格。如果你忘記的話，就去看自己Tiktok釋出的第一個影片日期 說明你的情況（如果繫結過Twitter 那麼Twitter是有授權記錄的）不然官方會一直提示你註冊時間不對。對於賬號丟失的小夥伴這個方法親測有效果。
步驟二：
