反思錄｜59、疑與信，trust and doubt
目前來看，自己最大的問題在於沒有多少疑心。
“人而無信，不知其可也。”
但是，大多數情況下，
信與疑永遠是相伴相生的。小信換大疑，小疑取大信。沒有什麼絕對的信任與懷疑，只有相對的隨時變動的平衡。
“將信將疑”這個詞語，或許非常恰當地解釋了人與人之間微妙的關係。
At present， the biggest problem for myself is that there is not much doubt in my heart。
“If no one believe you， I don’t know what you should do。”
In many cases， trust and doubt are always accompanied。 Small trust can gain big doubt， big trust can gain small doubt。 There is no absolute trust or doubt， only a relatively balance。

” may well explain the truth relationship between people。
《三國演義》裡塑造了一位疑心病很重的曹操，或許也只有疑心重，曹操才能統一北方，奠定霸業。歷史有時候看起來是偶然，但又何嘗不是一種必然。
疑心代表著一種對事物微妙變化的一種高度的警覺心
。翻開歷史，有多少人稀裡糊塗就消失了，就是缺乏這種警覺。范增得知劉邦入關財物絲毫不取，女色不染，便知其志不小，勸誡項羽當機立斷，斬草除根。但見項羽於鴻門宴當機不斷，婦人之仁，立馬便知他日必為劉邦所滅。
沒有疑心，科學也不會進步。科學進步的前提就是懷疑。19世紀末期，經典物理學日臻完善，以至於一位英國著名的物理學家感嘆，物理大廈已經落成，所剩的就是修飾工作而已。但是他也依然警覺到，仍有“兩朵烏雲”籠罩在大廈的上空。而正是這兩朵烏雲，後來便引發經典物理學翻天覆地般的震撼。

但是高度的疑心有時候反而弄巧成拙，喪失良機。
即便疑心病之重如曹操，但是郭嘉仍然受到他高度的信任。
一個當幹部的人能做到讓領導“言聽計從”，是一種非常了不起的本事。有的幹部說一百句，都抵不上另外一個人說一句話。這種信任感是離不開平時的日積月累。
也就是“小信換大疑，小疑取大信”。
故而，信任是建立在一點一滴的小事上。如果別人找你投資，問你借錢，你首先要做的就應是在腦海回憶曾經和這個人來往的種種“賬單”，如果很多都是黑賬，或者沒有任何來往的賬目，你還一點疑心都沒有，被騙了，又能怪誰呢？
當黑賬開始出現，或許壯士斷腕，及時止損，引以為戒是最高明的策略。
However， high suspicions sometimes can lose good opportunities。
Even though Cao Cao is so suspicious， Guo Jia is still highly trusted by him。 A hundred words from someone are not worth a word from another。 This kind of trust is inseparable from the usual accumulation。
So this is the meaning of “trust is always in doubt”。 Small trust can gain big doubt， big trust can gain small doubt。
If someone asks you to invest or borrow money， the first thing you have to do is to recall “past time bills” of him in your mind。 If many of bills are bad accounts or have no accounts with you， why you trust him？
When the bad accounts begin to appear， maybe the best strategy is to stop that in time。
