私家車

:

In the past, owning a private car is luxurious for most Chinese people。 Nowadays, cars can be seen everywhere, becoming an indispensable part of people’s lives。 People not only commute by car but also travel by car。 The number of cars in some cities increases so fast that the problems of traffic jam and insufficient parking spaces have been increasingly serious。 As a result, the municipal government of these cities had to carry out new rules to limit the number of cars permitted on city roads。 Due to the increasingly heavier air pollution, more and more people now choose to purchase new energy cars。 Chinese government has also taken some measures to support the development of new energy cars。。

Without a doubt, a mutually-trusted relation between a teacher and a student is important for both learning and teaching。

First of all, knowledge is objective, but learning is relatively subjective。 Only when a student believe in what his or her teacher is teaching, he or she could start to learn something from the teacher。 In reality, I have seen too many students like or dislike one subject only because they like or dislike the teacher who is in charge of that subject, especially for those who are young。 Secondly, when one teacher consider that one student trust him, he would feel honored and satisfied, thereby giving more attention to the student。 Naturally, when one teacher pay more attention to one student, the student is prone to learn better。 I was one example to illustrate that, for I did very well in physics in middle high school because my physics teacher believe that I was the most talented student who followed him。 Hence, both teachers and students should work together to form a reciprocal relation。

Without a doubt, a mutually-trusted relation between businesses and consumers is important for the two parties。

First of all, though business is objective, cooperation is relatively subjective。 Only when a consumer believe in what a businessman is selling, he or she could decide to buy something from the man。 In reality, I have seen too many consumers purchase or refuse one commodity only because they like or dislike the salesman who they meet, especially when they are in a bad mood。

Secondly, when one businessman consider that a customer trusts him, he would feel honored and satisfied, thereby giving more preference to the customer。 Naturally, when one businessman offers the best quality goods and the best prices to a customer, the customer has no excuse to refuse the businessman。 Once such relation is formed, both the two parties gain profit from it。

Hence, both businesses and consumers should work together to form a reciprocal relation。

It is widely-accepted that the relationship between employers and employees has been playing an essential role in our workplace, which contributes to the working efficiency and effectiveness to a large extent。 Therefore, building trust, as one of the most important elements, is supposed to be discussed in great detail。

People have different attitudes towards this issue。 Some people are in favor of the insignificance of the trust between employers and employees。 They point out the idea that it is the obedience that plays the essential role in working。 There is a grain of truth in such statement, but they ignore a more important fact。 Those who standing on a different ground consider that we are supposed to attach the vital importance to it。 They firmly point out a multitude of reasons that we need to take this issue into consideration。 The primary cause leading to it is that trust is not only the basic element between employers and employees, but also it is true of all the people。 Without it, we cannot achieve mutual consensus, build harmonious cooperation and have effective communication。 Another crucial factor contributing to it is that trust-building enable to facilitate the efficiency and cooperation between each other。 For instance, if employers demonstrate sufficient trust to their employees, few unnecessary working procedures will be needed, in other words, to simplify the working process and accelerate working speed。

As a consequence, it is not difficult to draw the conclusion that building trust between employers and employees can directly promote the rapid progress of the organization and indirectly spurs continuous development of the individuals。 And eventually brings economic prosperity and social harmony。
