在表達進行某項運動時，最常用的三個動詞是

play、go

和

do

：

ending in -ing

。

Leisure activities

Leisure activities與sports的區別在於，sports通常指競技類的運動，leisure activities更多指在閒暇時間進行的休閒娛樂運動。

We often

go camping

in the summer， and we usually

do a bit of rock climbing

as well。

My best friend

does a lot of yoga

。 She

works out in the gym

two or three times a week as well。

My brother enjoys

jogging

， and it

keeps him fit [保持（身體）健康].

My mum

does a bit of jogging

as well – just for fun。

I’m afraid I

don’t do any exercise

at all。
